For an ASN, SNDS will use WHOIS equally to the way it does for IPs, in that it will authorize any e-mail addresses located in the ASN history preserved by the registrars.  On profitable receipt of the authorization electronic mail and clicking to the link it consists of, SNDS will then give the user use of the many subnets marketed by that ASN.
